I bought a new house a few months ago. The house has a nice brick mailbox but the builder/develper did not register the mailbox and now there are cluster boxes where the mail is delivered, so the mailbox at the house is completely useless. How can I get the builder to compensate for the inconvenience to have to use the cluster boxes and the resulting lower value of the house.

I have a case where I was deceived by an attorney and a contractor working together. In each case, there was a breach of contract among many other violations. I have documentation supporting this over a period of 20-23 months. I am looking for legal assistance that is will to work on a contingency. Can you help?
